We offer a 15-day return period on all purchases. Please note that digital products can be refunded only if they are invalid or non-functional and the request is submitted via email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp within 15 days of purchase.

If you contact us within the first 15 days of purchase and we are unable to resolve your activation issue, we will provide a full refund promptly.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of approval.

All products sold on DigiStoun.com include 1 year of support warranty.

 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN

• The license delivered is invalid or non-functional (online or phone activation fails). Defective licenses will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.

Please note that all licenses sold by DigiStoun.com are valid for one unique device and cannot be transferred, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN

• The customer has changed their mind or placed an order by mistake. Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for this reason.
• The software is not compatible with the customer’s hardware or operating system. Compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer prior to purchase. For example, purchasing a Windows license for a Mac device, or purchasing a product designed for Windows 10 on a Windows 8 system.

 

DigiStoun does not accept liability for any underlying local hardware or software issues that may prevent the normal functioning of any license sold.
